By accessing or using the Priimal Vantage platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service.
Priimal Vantage is a revenue assurance and fraud analytics platform that enables organisations to identify, investigate, and remediate revenue leakage and fraudulent activity within their datasets.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify Priimal Technologies immediately of any unauthorised use.
Your use of the Service involves the processing of data you upload or connect. Please refer to our Privacy Policy and, where applicable, our Data Processing Agreement for details on how your data is handled.
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could harm Priimal Technologies, other users, or third parties. Reverse engineering, scraping, or attempting to access systems beyond your authorised scope is prohibited.
The Service, including all underlying technology and models, is the intellectual property of Priimal Technologies Ltd. You retain ownership of data you upload; you grant us a limited licence to process it to deliver the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Priimal Technologies shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days' written notice. Priimal Technologies reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms immediately.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ireland. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
