Priimal Technologies Ltd ("Priimal", "we", "us") is the data controller for information processed through the Vantage platform. Our registered address is available at legal@priimal.com.
We collect account information (name, email, organisation) provided during signup, and operational data you upload or connect to the platform for analysis. We also collect technical usage data (log events, session data) to operate and improve the Service.
Your data is used to deliver, operate, and improve the Service; to communicate with you about your account; and to comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your data to third parties.
Account data is retained for the duration of your subscription plus 90 days. Uploaded datasets are retained as configured in your account settings. You may request deletion at any time.
We employ industry-standard security measures including encryption at rest and in transit, access controls, and regular security reviews. The platform is hosted on ISO 27001-certified infrastructure.
We use a limited set of subprocessors to deliver the Service, including cloud infrastructure and AI processing providers. A current list is available on request at legal@priimal.com.
If you are in the EEA or UK, you have rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict, and port your personal data, and to object to processing. Submit requests to privacy@priimal.com.
Data may be processed in the EU/EEA and, where necessary, in other jurisdictions with appropriate safeguards (Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent).
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email at least 30 days before taking effect.
